We have been sitting around in South Africa for a quite a while now. During this time we had a look at some options for our leg back home to Europe. We have come up with following:
- South Africa
- Swaziland
- South Africa
- Lesotho
- South Africa
- Namibia
- and again South Africa because my rear Oehlins shock absorber is leaking oil. The shock can only be repaired in Jo’burg.
- Botswana
- Zambia
- Malawi
- Tanzania
- Rwanda
- Uganda (these two countries will only be visited if we still have enough money left)
- Kenya
- Ethiopia
- (Djibouti)
- (Eritrea)
- Sudan
- Egypt
The countries in brackets will be done if we get the permission to ride through Eritrea. Otherwise we will have to head directly to Sudan from Ethiopia.
We are not sure yet which way we will take from Egypt. Either through Lybia or then Jordan, Syria and and Turkey.

i am living in addis abeba and will be heading towards europe somethimes in august with my 100 gs.

We will definitely come through Addis since we have to organise our Sudanese Visa there. Will drop you a line as soon as we get near Ethiopia.
